Do I Need a PayPal Account?
YES!
Orders placed online are only accepted and processed if you use a personal or business PayPal account.
Payment Questions
Q: What if PayPal keeps asking me to login?
A: There may be an issue with your PayPal account - check with PayPal.
It is often easiest to request an order form from Terri or James and submit it with a check
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept:
Personal or Business PayPal account (if you have one)
Check with completed order form (request from Terri or
James) and either pay by mail to:

Include: Name, email, phone, # NUCs/Queens
OR
Pay by cash or check at a club meeting.
Order Questions
Q: When is the order deadline?
A: March 31, 2026 OR when we sell out (whichever comes first).
We have limited inventory. Once capacity is reached, orders will close even if before March 31.
Q: When does the price increase?
A: February 1, 2026.
- Before Feb 7th: $215/NUC (Early Bird)
- On/After Feb 6th: $235/NUC (Regular)
Your price is based on when you place your order
Q: How long do I have to pay after ordering?
A: Immediate payment is required.
Q: Can I order just Queens (no NUCs)?
A: Yes! You can order any combination:
- NUCs only
- Queens only
- NUCs + Queens
You must order at least one item (can't submit with 0 NUCs and 0 Queens).
After You Order
Q: How do I know my payment went through?
A: You'll receive TWO emails:
- From PayPal (immediate) - Payment receipt with Transaction ID
- From our club (within 24-48 hours) - Order confirmation
Keep both emails! You'll need them for pickup.
Q: Can I change my order after paying?
A: Yes, contact us quickly!
- Increase quantity: Pay the difference
- Decrease quantity: Partial refund (if within 48 hours)

A: Details will be emailed in early April 2026.

You'll receive detailed pickup instructions via email 2 weeks before pickup day.
